The Fraternity is fiscally sound and does have funds from which it can draw money in order to supplement the Operating Fund. However, some of these funds have restricted use, for which operations do not qualify. In certain cases, funds could be transferred to the Operating Fund, but we would have to pay significant taxes on those funds.
