A. Yes, It’s not explicitly stated, but quite righly implicitly described as such. That being said “state faith” might have something different in terms of definition in the Rjurik Highlands. For RW we will assume that State Faith is the faith of the ruler, and that actions done by the ruler get the automatic support of temple holdings, and conversely, the state faith has the automatic support of the regent’s holdings (and only the regent’s, not the jarls or vassals). Temples are not required to perform “Bless Land” spells (the provinces are way too spread out, and limited actions give the temples limited spells as well). They may however be called uppon in the advent of war.
