Arent most downloaders merely sampling music that they later wind up buying?
A. Yes. Then they go fill up their cars with gas and drive off without paying, just to sample gas that they will eventually buy. This is mostly the fault of the negative influences of TV shows and music videos (especially Dr. Dre) that these people often watch on the rerouted and descrambled cable lines that they have used to sample programming for the last 13 years.
