No. I discontinued Burt’s joint. He developed several joints during his career, but the joint that became his staple was the Delrin-to-Delrin joint with the screw in the shaft. The problem with Delrin is that nothing sticks to it. There’s a technique to attaché a stainless sleeve to Delrin, but it’s not infallible, so I switched to the traditional piloted, stainless steel joint with a 5/16 14 screw. I also offer a wood to wood joint with a 3/9 10 pin, but I prefer the stainless, like you find on Szambotis and Balabushkas.
