Are you happy with the movie – and the consequences of having done iot?
L: I expected everything that has happened, and it’s now beginning to fulfil my expectations. I know that seems like an odd thing to say but my expectations were that this thing is going all the way. It’s a miracle. There’s no such thing as half a miracle. The miracle began with us making friends with this 15-year-old kid who grew up to be not only a screenwriter but a screenwriter for Steven Spielberg. And he comes back into our lives 20 years later to make this movie? It’s my moment. I knew it from the second it began. Did you give Sacha full-access? L: The way I am as a person, well, look at me. Do I shut up? I’ll tell you everything you want to know and everything you don’t want to know! Sacha could have done another band but then he wouldn’t have had me.
