Are you ever shocked by the lack of knowledge re: reproductive health manifested in some questions?
Yes, I am quite shocked… BUT, at the same time, I have seen some of these crazy questions, clicked on the person’s profile and see that they have created other crazy questions, leading me to believe that they are making it up. As for the answers, I usually answer based on my own experience and information, but at times, when I feel like the question-poser is a hoax, I may give a sarcastic or a crazy answer right back. Hopefully, when people use Y!A, they take into consideration that anybody and their mother can answer these questions and not to take it as “expert” knowledge–even if the responder says they are an expert.
