Are you disgusted and depressed to see the BNP get two MEP seats in the recent election?
I’m not disgusted nor depressed. Whilst, i do not support the BNP, nor agree with their policies, their election success has brought issue to the fore that the established political parties consistently fail to address, and moreover largely ignore. We are a small country with too many people in it, and if the BNP’s election success means that this issue is discussed, i am all for it. The BNP is a tin pot little party with no real chance of real success, in my eyes it is more like a pressure group then a party, and there was a vast over-reaction / moral panic when they won those 2 seats in the summer.
