Are You Applying Concealer Correctly? Wednesday February 13, 2008Pat, don’t rub, concealer under your eyes where dark, undereye circles appear. I find it’s best to use your middle finger. Concealer is not a product to scrimp on and it’s important to find the right match for your skin tone. Try before you buy at a Sephora or the beauty counters at department stores.
