This perfectly located, quality 3 star hotel in the heart of the West Midlands are currently looking to recruit a Senior Chef de Partie to enhance and strengthen the existing brigade. The hotel has over 200 bedrooms, both formal and informal dining facilities, large conference and banqueting facilities and extensive leisure facilities. Joining this brigade, you will be required to run a section within this busy kitchen as well as producing quality food and maintaining the quality of service provided to the guests. You will also have the ability to train, support and assist in the development of junior chefs.
