Are you able to spray paint a car in temperture under 40?
You can spray paint in 40 deg. temps. but the paint will take about a week to dry. I’ve sprayed Spar Varnish on wood furniture in 50 deg, weather and found that #1- it took 3 times as long to dry #2- the finish had more time to flatten out on the horizontal surface , giving a very smooth finish. In the case of an auto, I would not unless its primer your spraying. Better some paint than bare metal.
