The solid chocolate products are all BCK, or British Columbia (Canada) Kosher Is Xocai certified organic? No, our chocolate is considered “All Natural” rather than “Organic”. Organic ingredients are grown in an environment with controlled variables, and many of our ingredients are taken directly from their natural environment. Do Xocai products contain any genetically modified organisms or products? All Xocai products are non GMO. Do any of the Xocai products contain “High Fructose Corn Syrup”? We do NOT use fructose enriched corn syrup or High Fructose Corn Syrup in any of our products. We use 100% “Pure Crystalline Fructose” (or natural fruit sugar). Does Xocai chocolate contain caffeine?
