Xbox back ups may be a great tool for you, but the Xbox manufacturers are a little less excited about the whole thing. They want you to pay again if you lose your game, because it is more money in their pockets. The copying of the games is what worries them the most, though. They worry that Xbox back up software makes illegal selling of their copyrighted games easier. No law has made Xbox back up software illegal, however.
