Although precautions for ESD safety like wrist snap connections, EPA label, stainless steel shelves and grounded body lower the risk for an electrostatic discharge, actually this depends on how serious the user acts about ESD. Wrist snap connections on front and back panels and ESD protective carriers should be used properly when storing electrostatically sensitive material in the cabinet.
