Are WNYHA residents responsible for the upkeep of their homes?
In an effort to improve the livability and conditions of the apartments owned and managed by the WNYHA, uniform standards for resident housekeeping have been developed for all resident families. These standards are set forth in the Dwelling Lease and are applied fairly and uniformly to all residents. The WNYHA inspects each dwelling unit at least annually to determine compliance with the standards.
