Yes, as long as theyre in good condition, as all tyres should be. There have been calls for winter tyres to be made compulsory in the UK like they are in European countries such as Germany and Austria. However, there is debate about whether the expensive tyres you will generally pay over 500 for a good set of four would be worth it considering UK snow and ice is not as prevalent as some mountainous regions of Europe.
