Yes. Please refer to product bulletins and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for more details. Weld-On 3 is restricted for sale and for use in the following California counties: Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Orange. Weld-On 55 and 58 are considered non-hazardous (DOT non-regulated class).
