Are we supposed to think of Joggin John as a nice guy?
Well, because of the way I drew him, nobody will ever see him smile. Like I wrote in the previous FAQ, I sort of modeled Joggin John after the stereotypical Stanley Roper/Garfield type. I dont think that the comic strip lasted long enough for anyone to really probe into Joggin Johns personality. If I had to pin it down, Id say Joggin John is a very classic type B. He seems to go through the world doing whatever it is he does, primarily unaffected, but always wondering why the rest of the world makes such a big deal out of things that it makes a big deal out of. He makes some mean cracks here and there, but I suppose hes basically a likeable guy.
