Are we subject to the new carry-on baggage laws (LAGS) recently introduced?

Please ensure you are aware of the new international regulations about carry-on liquids, creams and gels (LAGS). When taking items in your hand luggage, you must carry them all in a small plastic bag (which can be snap-locked shut). Each item must be less than 100ml and you can carry no more than 1000ml (1 litre) per person. This includes toothpaste, moisturiser, lipstick, mascara, lip cream, hairspray etc. Most of these smaller sized items can be found in chemists. (These new rules do not apply to items packed in your main checked luggage).
