Are we less prepared to protect the American people if we dont get participation from millions of public health and health care workers or first responders?
Whatever the number of people who choose to participate and get vaccinated, we will be much more prepared to protect the American people than we are today. Also, the very fact that states, hospitals and communities will have vaccination plans for emergency responders and for mass-vaccinating the general public makes us better prepared to protect Americans in an emergency. These efforts will increase deterrence.
