Are Washburn “B” stock items covered by the factory warranty?
Washburn “B” stock items are not covered by the factory warranty but we warrant them to be as described and they are very well made guitars that should last for several years from the date of purchase. All blem and new Washburn items are covered by the full Washburn lifetime warranty even if they are discontinued items. How quickly after receiving payment do you ship? We ship either on the business day or the business day after your order is received. WE ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS SO OUR FIRST BUSINESS DAY OF THE WEEK IS MONDAY. We ship over 100 orders a day Monday & Tuesday so if you pay over the weekend or after 2 pm Friday your item may not ship until Tuesday. Each other day , if we receive the payment beofre noon your order usually ships the day we receive it. Also, we do not ship on Saturdays. How much is shipping insurance? If you have us ship via UPS the first $100.00 in insurance is covered and each additional $100.00 costs 60 cents. If you have us ship it via the US Postal Service
