Wash-lines and clothes drying areas will be provided on the ground floor only. Owners / tenants are required to use these designated areas only (Not to hang washing in carports or garden areas in open and visible to all – but should be discreet and considerate (in the interests of communal living and good neighbourliness). Inappropriate hanging of washing will result in fines being imposed by the HOA on offending owners / tenants. Should additional concealed clothes drying areas be required, these will be the responsibility of the body corporate and will need to be presented and discussed with the DRC prior to installation. Owners of first floor apartments to use clothes racks / dryers and are not permitted to hang washing or towels over patio or veranda ballustrading.
