Are wagons, skateboards, inline skates, etc. permitted on the Cityfolk Festival and City of Dayton Fireworks site?

There are certain items that are not permitted on the Festival site. Festival organizers reserve the right to alter carry-in policies at any time. Currently, these items include, but are not limited to: Alcohol Coolers Contraband Pets other than dogs Video equipment Recording devices Laser pointers Weapons Bikes, inline skates and skateboards cannot be used inside the Festival site. Bike racks are available on and near the Festival site.
