Are Volunteers ineligible to win prizes or Jeep show balloting?

Volunteers are free to win prizes or win in the Jeep show. As part of their packet for volunteering, they receive the same number of raffle tickets as a “deluxe” registration. Any additional tickets volunteers have to purchase themselves at the same cost as participants. It would be unfair for us to exclude the volunteers.
