Are Visible-Minority Children Overrepresented in Montreal Child Protection Services?
Virtually nothing is known about Montreal visible-minority children who are in need of protective services, about their families and about what services they do receive. This presentation looks at the possible over- or underrepresentation of these children in protective services on the basis of CPS data from the Centre Jeunesse de Montréal-Institut universitaire.
