Grant married fellow Christian musician Gary Chapman on June 19, 1982. Their marriage produced three children: Matthew Garrison Chapman (born 1987), Gloria Mills Chapman (called “Millie”, born 1989), and Sarah Cannon Chapman (born 1992), who was named after country legend Minnie Pearl, a family friend.
