Yes, recorded VHS videotapes are available at the main library, 1044 Middlefield Road, Redwood City. Recorded VHS videotapes and audio cassette tapes can be purchased through the Office of the City Clerk at $13.00 per tape. The council meetings are also available online at no charge here via a Quicktime web stream.
