Are vet exams necessary?

0

– Not always. Depending on the insurance company we place your coverage with, a vet exam may not be needed. For some companies an exam is necessary if the horse is under 1 year old, has been newly purchased, is valued over $25,000 or has had health problems in the past year. Please contact a representative for details on what paperwork will need to be submitted for coverage.
