Some of the leading organizations are Gold Standard, Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), the Voluntary Carbon Standard (VCS), and the California Climate Action Registry (CCAR). The VERs that Mohawk purchases are verified to meet the standards of one or more of these organizations.
