Are Veiled Chameleons good pets?
Why is he selling them for 10$? That makes me a little suspicious. Perhaps they are in poor health? Be careful as you may end up spending a lot more on vet bills. As the above answer pretty much sums it up perfectly, I won’t repeat what he said, but… Keep in mind that it will cost you a lot more than 10$ (we’re talking hundreds—easily) to purchase everything they require to have a proper habitat and to keep them happy and healthy. Aside from that, they can sometimes be tricky animals to keep, if you’ve never kept reptiles before I would recommend skipping the chameleons for now (if you have kept reptiles before please disregard that last bit) 🙂 EDIT: Well it certainly sounds like you have enough experience, and since you already have a fair few herps, I’d guess you’d have lots of extra reptile paraphernalia.
