Are vandals stealing copper pipes from vacant homes?
I have a home where my son and his wife lived they moved out, and i have been back in the home several times there was no electric or water in the home while they were out of it when they decided to move back in they went to have the water and electric turned back on and there is no pipes or electric lines in the house, and guess what my insurance will not cover it they say it is theft and it isnt covered so now im out thei insurance i paid on it and they money to fix it SUCKS I DIDNT KNOW I WAS SUPPOSE TO CHECK ALL THE WIRING AND WATER LINES EVERYTIME I WENT IN AND SINCE IT IS IN A CRAWL SPACE UNDER THE HOUSE I SHOULD HAVE KNOW, NOW HOW MANY OF YOU WOULF BE GOING INTO THE CRAWL SPACE..
