Are Valencia owners able to use the facilities of the Hotel and Spa?
In a limited capacity. The hotel and spa will be owned and operated by a professional hotel–operator, and until that organization is selected and the transaction is complete, we are unable to make future commitments (there may be a membership fee, for example). Certainly we must respect the need for the hotel to serve its guests. Therefore, we–re creating our own “community center” to serve as gathering spot for owners. Additionally, in the spirit of the “sundowner experience” common with African safari’s, we’re planning to create a few scenic vistas which will be perfect for “sundowners” at the end of each day.
