Yes, all infrastructure in the first phases are complete with water (Wellborn Water 979-690-9799) and electricity (Bryan Texas Utilities 979-821-5700) being delivered to each lot. Satellite is required for television and internet service at this time. An aerobic septic system is also required for sewer, with the exception of the luxury patio homes, which will have public sewer service.
