Electricity, gas, telephone, water, internet and pay television are generally referred to as Utilities.Water consumption is included in all Student Living rents. Water supply can legally be invoiced as an extra if the Owners instruct Student Living to do so. Most Owners charge.Electricity, gas, telephone, internet and pay television (if available) are all the responsibility of the tenant.Unitrans is the only residential building in which some utilities (electricity & gas) are included in the weekly rent. Internet and phone are extra.
