Are using “green” building practices (environmentally friendly)?
Considerations will be given to including potential “green practices” in the performance of the improvements, providing they don’t impact construction costs too dramatically. It is not a stated goal of the Capital Campaign to become a “green” certified facility – but from time to time certain materials may be considered for use.
