Are users ever deactivated because of excessive use of bandwidth?

If a ResNet user is using an excessive amount of bandwidth we may disconnect their service until the behavior is corrected. If the excessive use is due to a virus, we must remove it and verify the machine is clean in our office before it will be reconnected to the network.
