Are usernames/passwords case-sensitive?
For the purposes of logging in, FurBuy usernames are not case-sensitive. Usernames must be unique regardless of letter case, therefore the following three names cannot be in use on FurBuy at the same time: Snowwolf, SnowWolf, snowwolf. When the system refers to a user, though, it will always use the exact case of its stored value. When referring to other users on the system, the case again does not matter. Passwords on FurBuy are always case-sensitive. If you have forgotten exactly how your password is stored in the system, please use the Lost Password Form to have your password instantly e-mailed to your registered e-mail address(es). Usernames for FurAffinity are case-sensitive. If your FurAffinity name does not save properly, please double-check the spelling and capitalization, as well as any additional underscores or other special characters.
