Are Uranus and Neptune lovers or cousins?
Well, it depends on whether you’re talking about the dubbed version or the original. In the original Japanese version of Sailor Moon, they are lovers. Not only are there lots of hints as to why and dialouge bits such as this from SailorStars: Neptune: I think you eat too many sweets these days… Uranus: I never listen to that kind of talk outside of a bed. As well as the fact that Naoko Takeuchi (Sailor Moon’s creator) said so. In the Cloverway dub, however, Uranus and Neptune became cousins.
