Are under car neon lights illegeal in ontario canada?
I can’t give you a 100% accurate answer, but I do know this: My friend has a car that is all done up, and he has neon lights under his car. He told me that it is legal to have them installed on your car, and legal to have them on when you are showing the car to people (ie: when it is parked), but you are not allowed to drive around with them because among other things, they are distracting to other drivers.
