Are Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Fans Real Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Fans?
Everyone knows that Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is one of, if not the fastest growing sport in the world. Everyone has at least herd of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), one of the issues some MMA fans have is that a majority of the people that watch the UFC have only herd of the UFC and have no idea about other origination’s or fighters not in the UFC. Some would say that UFC fans are not real MMA fans. Others would say that the UFC is the Mecca of the sport and why watch anything less than the best? The question or argument that comes from this is, are UFC fans real MMA fans? You could answer this on either side. The first side is yes UFC fans are real MMA fans. People describe the UFC as the super bowl of the sport. The best of the best of the sport, The NFL of MMA. Compared to American football, if you watch the NFL and not Semi pro leagues or arena football you are still a football fan.
