Are turks proud to their Mongolian parents?
Im not quite sure what the point of the question is other than to wind people up …but just as a point of interest..i brought this up here a while ago , it seems that the common accepted theory nowadays is that the majority of turks in turkey are actually decended from people that were in anatolia before the turkic migrations i.e turks mostly come from native anatolians ( genetics wise) but most of the culture and identity derives from the turkic people from central asia ( language etc>) its been shown that turkish people are actually more in common with the balkan neigbours genetics wise than too mongolia etc oh and mongols were different than turkic peoples …not the same just a question but why are people thumbing me down…im correct.. turkish people are generally more closely related to balkan peoples than central asian ..fact..
