Are turbochargers and superchargers car specific or are they universal?
Kinda both….the unit (the supercharger/turbo) is really not neccesarilly vehical specific, it all of the other things you need to make it work that are. If you buy a kit, it has all the neccesarry brackets, belt, pullys, that kind of stuff to make it work for your vehicle. But with an imagination and some fabrication, you COULD put a turbo or superchrager from another vehicle and put it in yours.
