We do not charge any fee for presenting this seminar, and we do not request or accept any honorariums. For travel to locations more than 50-miles from Phoenix, Arizona, we request that travel expenses be reimbursed and that accomodations be provided. Churches and other sponsoring organizations may elect to charge a seminar fee to defray any local costs of hosting this seminar and for reimbursing travel expenses. But we request that anyone who wishes to attend and cannot afford to pay a fee be invited and encouraged to attend free of charge.
