Are trimmers trained and professional?
Yes. In accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), they are qualified utility line-clearance tree trimmers. Only trimmers with these qualifications can legally work within 10 feet of utility lines. Additionally, they are also trained to prune according to Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) standards, which help preserve the health of your tree.
