Are transsexuals(gender dysphoric people) bad in maths skills?

Not particularly. The few studies that exist do show that trans people generally have a 20-30% higher IQ than non-trans people. It’s believed that the unusual neurological configuration of the brain that causes transsexualism also confers some advantages in this respect. But, of course, IQ rating alone doesn’t tell us much about mathematical skill, or any other specific field; it’s a very general measure. However, it might be relevant to consider that a higher than random percentage of trans people work in (and are successful in) the IT/Computer industry; this field of work does require considerable mathematical and logical ability.
