Are transfer and/or graduate students eligible for campus housing?
Priority for housing on the Orlando Main Campus is given to first-year students. If space is available, then transfer and graduate students will be offered housing. Transfer or graduate students may apply to live at the Rosen College Student Apartments located at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management (45 minutes from the Orlando Main Campus). There are many off-campus student housing options available including affiliated housing at Pegasus Landing and Pegasus Pointe apartments.
