Are Training Certificates available to trainees? Can they be customized?

Yes to both questions. After a trainee has successfully completed a training course, a Certificate of Completion is automatically generated. Trainees can access their certificates at any time, by going to My Course History. Training Administrators can create customized certificates that are available to training managers.
