Are tours of the wastewater treatment plant facility available?
Yes, tours are scheduled and conducted by our operations staff. Please call (805) 449-2480, extension 221 to schedule a tour. The following information is needed before scheduling a tour: Name of organization (i.e., scouts, school class, etc.); contact person’s name and phone number; date and time preference; and average age and number in group. If the group primarily consists of children, staff will need to know how many adults will be accompanying the group. Tours are structured with different pamphlets handed out depending upon the age of the group.
