Let us just say Dallas is in Tornado Alley. The threat of tornadoes is very common, but a tornado isn’t always formed from such threats. It is often said that so and so has lived here for 20, 30, 40 + years and has never seen a tornado. I kind of have a feeling that people who have been in or close to tornadoes have never seen one either unless they find a thrill in watching them. Most people will take cover during a tornado threat, hence limiting the chance of actually seeing one.
