Are TJC trips registered with the U.S. Department of State?
YES, all our trips are registered with the U.S. Department of State. When an emergency happens, or if natural disaster, terrorism, or civil unrest strikes during our foreign travel, the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate can be our source of assistance and information. By registering our trip, we help the embassy or consulate locates us when we might need them the most. Should an emergency in the foreign country arise, the Embassy will attempt to contact us immediately to advise us of the situation. We have institutional registration. If you so desire, you may also register individually. Registration is voluntary and costs nothing.
