Are Tiscali the most USELESS broadband internet provider?
Hello, (ANS) To be honest with you, it sounds strongly to me like Tiscali are just “Fobbing you off” here. No.1 Why? my guess is because non of the ISP support staff know zilch about Apple Mac’s & OS X (the apple operating system) nor how to set up broadband on an apple based machine. No.2 Why? because the vast majority of broadband users they deal with use MS Windows and so support staff are trained to only support windows. My guess is that Apple Mac is probably less than 1% of all Tiscali customers so when someone like yourself phones up they are literally clueless. They don’t in reality know how to fix MAC based broadband problems NO MATTER!! what they say to the contrary. The proof is in the eating (action) so to speak i.e. actions speak louder than words. No.3 Look almost ALL broadband users suffer disconnections, dropped lines, stale ADSL sessions, BT exchange work,etc.etc. At some point in life but that doesn’t mean the product provided is totally rubbish because of this, it mig
